Samsung's Windows Phone 7 handset, the Samsung Cetus i917 has turned up in some spy shots showing what Windows Phone 7 and Samsung fans have to look forward to come the launch this "holiday" season.
Microsoft has already confirmed to Pocket-lint that Samsung is a launch partner, and although details are incredibly thin on the ground as to whether this will be a global or just US handset, the smartphone does match an FCC filing in the US from a couple of months back.
Named the Cetus, the phone first turned up at the end of July on a Bluetooth Special Interest Group page, and lists specs such as a 4-inch screen with an 800 x 480 AMOLED display, built-in GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, a 5-megapixel camera on the back and a now-all-the-rage VGA front facing camera.
What we can expect it to have, is all the minimum requirements of Windows Phone 7; Wi-Fi, 3G, Snapdragon and so forth when it eventually becomes official.
We will keep you posted.
