Garmin-Asus nuvifone M10 hands-on

The Garmin-Asus nuvifone M10 is being pitched as an ideal companion for business travellers, giving you all the advantages of a Windows phone with the solid navigation from Garmin.

The handset features a 3.5-inch WVGA touchscreen display, with an obligatory stylus tucked down the side, as unfortunately it is a resistive screen, so won't respond quite as well as more sophisticated capacitive ones.

All the normal connectivity bases are covered with HSDPA, Wi-Fi b/g, Bluetooth and GPS. You get a 5-megapixel camera on the back and all the other smartphone goodies.

This is a complete navigation device out of the box, so you get the car kit with it, rather than having to fish around for compatible accessories.

At first glance it is perhaps less impressive than the A50, which offers Garmin navigation on the Android platform.
