The iDS-05 is the latest docking station and 2.1 speaker system to launch from Intempo.Compatible with the iPod family as well as other MP3 players, the iDS-05, described as the iDS-01's big brother, offers 15 watt stereo speakers and a 9 watt subwoofer providing what is claimed to be high quality audio output.
It measures a kitchen-, desk- or bedroom-friendly 230 x 122 x 940mm and you can operate the system manually or via the supplied remote control with basic track controlling abilities as well as treble and bass adjustment.
A dedicated menu button which will allow you to directly access your iPod listings and select your music and interchangeable dock adapters plus the USB port means it will dock, charge and sync your 'pod with your PC or Mac.
The 3.5mm stereo line-in gives you the option to use the unit will work with other audio devices. The iDS-05 available now in high gloss white or piano black from Argos, Comet, Dixons and Amazon.co.uk priced at £59.99.
