Sony announce the Cyber-Shot T7

Sony has announced a follow-up to the T3 with the T7. The camera looks to follow the same design as the T3 and features a 2.5in LCD screen, 5.1 effective Megapixel resolution and Carl Zeiss 3x Optical Zoom.

The Ultra-thin model is just 9.8mm at its thinnest point while promising 150 shots on a single charge of the supplied battery.

Other feature include a 12x Smart Zoom, 6x Precision Digital Zoom, 1cm Macro, MPEG VX Fine with audio, AF Illuminator, Histogram indication, USB 2.0 High speed transfer and 10 Scene Selection modes

The T7 should be available in the UK in May priced around £500
