Belkin has announced that they will launch a range of accessories for the new iPods to be available early October worldwide. The new range will include sports armbands and various cases.

The Sport Armband Plus for the iPod nano, classic and touch will be priced at $29.99 and will be made of a breathable, water-wicking, Coolmax material. It will include a "Cable Capsule" to help manage and store earphones as well as a small pocket suitable for a house key.

The Sport Armband for iPod nano and classic ($19.99) as well as the iPod touch ($29.99) will be made of water-resistant neoprene and offer the same small pocket.

"Remix" cases will come in acrylic for all models for between $24.99 and $29.99, while a metal version, with a "True-sense" click wheel will be made just for nano and classic, $24.99 and $29.99. Available in silver, black, blue, and pink, they will be machine-etched with a graphical pattern.

Leather Sleeves for all three new models ($24.99 and $29.99) will boast a unique one-seam design that "hugs" your iPod, with a soft-suede lining, protecting it from everyday scratches and scuffs. These will be available in three colours - black, chocolate, and cameo pink.

The Leather "folios" will be similar, without the one-seam design, but will offer magnetic closure and will come in black/chocolate, pink/chocolate and persimmon/bone.

Finally - Silicone covers will also be available for all models from $14.99, in black, pink and blue, they will hug your new 'pod with a form-fitting layer of rugged silicone.
