  • Looks very nice, not so sure about the keyboard though - i'd prefer a keyboard which had contoured keys (IE isn't completely flat.)

    As an aside, I thought there was a condition to Microsoft's licensing XP that it couldn't be installed on laptops with larger than a 10" screen (or was I dreaming)?

  • John B - the size limitations of the screen was something we discussed in the press conference, as many people consider 10-inches to be the limit of a "netbook" and the limit that Microsoft set. Massimo D'Angelo said that the new limit was 12-inches.

    None of this really makes any difference, because you can buy XP on screenless devices, and even AIOs which are much larger - see the Eee Top and a raft of new nettops, including Acer's own Aspire Revo, which could be hooked up to anything you wanted.
