  • The ipod explodes in child's pocket. The news is really critical. First of all I dont know why the children are allowed to keep gadgets with them when they are in school. Secondly there was a previous case with noki batteries explosion so the manufacturers must be careful and pay attention towards these things.
Hope this not to be repeated in future.

  • My favourite bit is "pain, mental distress, emotional distress, and otherwise for the rest of his life".

Rest of his life? As in entire life? :-) This assumes the boy will grow up to be an adult forever haunted by burning spandex and exploding pants.

    Utterly ridiculous.

Of course all of these psychological issues can be resolved with a $75 000 cheque.

  • cost of living must be low in cincinnati, if $75k will cover you for life.

and what, exactly, do they mean by otherwise?

  • They should receive compensation for the burn treatments but not a penny more.

The claims that mother is making make her look like shes just trying to make money off of this. Stupid people need to get over themselves.
