  • This begs the question, where are these marketing folk going to find their customers?

    Assuming they are not all selling to technophobes any online destination that gets large numbers of people interacting has to be a good place to invite interest in your product. Maybe they have forgotten that it is the customer that creates the business.

    If they only see 14p from each email, then may I suggest they are spamming people, if the offers are targeted then the return will be much higher. Simply because your having a conversation on a subject the customer is interested in.

    So we should expect to see the 45% who are interested growing?
