About Us
Who we are
Welcome to Pocket-lint the largest independent gadget news and reviews site in the UK.
I created the site in 2003 to offer web surfers the chance to get independent reviews on all the latest gadgets without having to wait weeks for the next issue to come out. Unlike some sites, we don't have a press publication to worry about so that means we can give you, the reader, the latest news as it happens, and the latest reviews before anyone else.
On the review side we aren't interested in pointless number crunching or providing you 16-page reviews including how we took it out of the box, but easy to read, and more importantly, easy to understand copy. When we get a product in for review we ask three key questions:
1. Does it make my life better?
2. Does it work?
3. Has it got wow factor?
Roam around the site, become a member, start enjoying the consistently breaking news and up to the minute reviews we write. If you're not up for reading why don't you just sit back and watch the videos we shoot. You can get involved by posting your own comments or submitting a reader review of a product you've played with.
If you have any comments about the site, or the stories we write, we would love to hear from you via the feedback form.
We hope that you enjoy the site as much as we enjoy making it.
